Service Description

In Collaboration with DJ for 21 Day Mindfulness Curriculum, we are focusing on the health, regeneration and activation of your 8 energy centers " CHAKRAS". To align body, mind and spirit right the beginning of the year, we will practice on our mat using moving practices, mantras, tuning, study the ancient wisdom of the yoga sutra and modern research in science. This is a journey in community towards your own wonderful Self discovery and summit embodying PEACE.
