SLOW FLOW
A slow Vinyasa morning class themed around taking the time to ALIGN into the body, mind, spirit and breath. Accessible to ALL levels. This practice prepares you to BE awakened Body and Soul to move into a brand new week.

POWER FLOW
An exciting flow series which combines breath & movement pushing our physical & spiritual buttons safely while honoring our bodies. Be ready for ever present SHENANIGANS. This flow is best if you already have an understanding on the basics of the most common asanas. This practice will prepare you to step out of your comfort zone and create magic on and off your mat.
