STEP 1: Simply select the number of cards you would like to purchase

 

STEP 2: Give us your contact information:

- Your name

- Email

- Phone number

 

STEP 3: Once your order is processed, your class card(s), with it's (their) unique identification number(s), will be delivered to you via email

 

- Class Passport Cards are non-refundable

- Class Passport Cards are non-transferable, and must be assigned to one individual at first usage

- Class Passport Cards cannot be exchanged for cash

- This Class Passport Card program will begin on January 1, 2021 

- Class Passport Cards will be valid for one (1) year from date of purchase (Cards purchased on or before December 31, 2020 will begin ON January 1, 2021)

- Class Passport Cards are redeemable only for KPVS classes booked through the Karine Plantadit.com website

- Class Passport Cards cannot be used for classes associated with special series or programs

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
